Non-Litigation Legal Services is one of the legal services outside the court proceedings, including providing legal advice and opinion, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting and representing clients in commercial and corporate legal business negotiations.
It also covers some examples of these exhaustive lists of actions depending on the company’s needs including any necessary action to strengthen your business stance. Starting from ensuring the legal preparation of the establishment of a company and reviewing the existing company’s compliance with applicable and relevant regulations. We are also committed to assisting you and putting the best interpretation of your interests, needs, and business into a more protected and legally binding legal clause for your company’s best interest. Should any unforeseen contractual and shareholder dispute arise, we are more than ready to act and settle on behalf of the company.

In the context of Non-Litigation Legal Service, we also work to assist the company as the contracted Legal Consultant (retainer), on a monthly or yearly basis, with the possibility to extend the contract according to the parties’ agreement. The work is then based on the monthly ‘Allocated Working Hours’ as agreed, which could be utilised each month for any legal consultation.
