In light of civil proceedings, we also assist and represent the client as Plaintiff, Respondent or Co-Respondent in all levels of proceedings, including first level, appeal, cassation and review, before the District Court, Commercial Court, Industrial Relation Court, State Administrative Court, Appeal Court, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court.
Civil Lawsuit
Generally, a civil lawsuit in Indonesia covers breach of contract or tort as the nature of the lawsuit. Either corporate, individual matters or third-party involvement in a lawsuit are possible to occur. We assist the Client from any stage of their dispute, from producing Legal Notice, communicating with the other party, filing the lawsuit, mediation process, civil proceedings in the Court, filing anti-suit injunction, interim decision to the Court, and executing the Court's decision.
Also, we handle the cases in any level of proceedings that the Client might have and provide assistance in the case of voluntary requests from the Client for various purposes.
