Mr Bayu Mahendra's distinguished expertise and some ten years of established experience have led him to found the office in 2016. Mahendra has handled various complex cases from alternative dispute settlement, commercial disputes, general practices of corporate laws including shareholders and contractual dispute, joint venture, merger and acquisition, debt and asset recovery, contract drafting and bankruptcy, to criminal exposure of corruption, money laundering, narcotics and death penalty cases. He has also been trusted to represent high-profile individuals and multinational companies in non-litigation and litigation proceedings before the court involving complex jurisdiction and governing law issues.
