ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event Clients prefer to handle the dispute with other parties other than referring to the Court (outside of litigation procedures), we provide services to assist them in all types of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It covers negotiation, mediation, arbitration or third party representation in any ADR process.
Negotiation
Either for business cooperation or settling the dispute to achieve a favourable solution, we could offer the services to represent the Client in the negotiation process with other parties, including negotiating a deal. Our lawyers are equipped with negotiation skills from globally respected universities which are ready to serve the best interest of your position. State your interests and needs and we will work it out for you and defend your needs against another party.
Mediation
For the purpose of a civil lawsuit or other events, we could stand on behalf of and/or with the Client (Principal) to attend the mediation process inside and/or outside the Court. It includes the preparation process and planning of the strategies to achieve a mutually agreed solution for our Client's best interest. Rest assured because we will stand to defend your position during the mediation process.
Arbitration
For clients who prefer to settle the dispute other than using Litigation procedures in foreign and/or domestic courts, Arbitration could be the choice for both parties if mutually agreed upon in advance. We are exclusively working with lawyers who specialise in international commercial arbitration.
In the beginning, we also offer the service of drafting, reviewing and/or re-drafting arbitration agreements for Clients. During the process, we also act as Counsel on the Client’s behalf and assist until the execution of the Arbitral Awards and the recognition process domestically and internationally, either for Ad Hoc Arbitration or using Institutional Arbitration.
